Access WordPress DB via PhpAdmin

Note: Wego names databases [ web191_db1, web191_db2, .. ] and db users [ web191_2, web191_2 , .. ] when creating a NEW database. This mean we need to login with a certain user to access a specific database. For Example database web191_db2 is not visible for user web191_2 and vice versa,
